PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. 50% advance payment to be remitted within 7 days on receiving confirmation for the hotels booked.

  2. 50% of the balance payment to be remitted 30 days prior to arrival.

  3. Booking made within 15 days of arrival - 100% payment at the time of booking (within 72 hours, non refundable)

  4. Booking made more than 15 days prior to arrival - 50% payment at the time of booking (within 3 days), and arrival balance 50% should be made 10 days prior to arrival.

  5. Cancellation 45 days or more prior to arrival - No cancellation/ retention charge

  6. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival - Retention 25%

  7. Cancellation within 20 days of arrival - Retention 50%

  8. Cancellation in 15 days of arrival or lesser - Retention 100%

Mantra Himalaya reserves the right to cancel all services booked should full payment not be received 60 days prior to arrival date.

Should it be a last minute booking, Mantra Himalaya will allow for 3 days from time of confirmation until payment (100%) reaches us before Mantra Himalaya will cancel any services booked. The amount is NON REFUNDABLE.

Mantra Himalaya reserves the right to change, alter or cancel a trip due to any reason which may not be in the best interest of your safety, like dangerous water levels, landslides and extreme weather conditions etc.
